Anderlecht midfielder Ahmed Hassan said he is content with the UEFA Champions League draw that put the Belgian champions in a relatively easy group. Anderlecht were paired with Italian giants AC Milan, French side Lille and AEK Athens in the UCL draw that took place in Monaco on Thursday. "We didn't expect the outcome of the draw, if we were to decide our fate we would have not chosen an easier group than this," Hassan told FilGoal.com on Friday. "Apart from Milan, the other two teams are nearly similar to each other so we have a good chance to progress unlike last season when we were drawn with English duo Chelsea and Liverpool in addition of Spain's Real Betis." But the Egyptian international stressed that Anderlecht's qualification to the knock-out stage is not guaranteed. Meanwhile, Hassan gave his thoughts about Anderlecht's 2-1 friendly defeat to Spanish giants Real Madrid. "The coach told us before the match that he will field two separate teams in both halves to give the team's youth a chance to gain experience," the former Besiktas said. Anderlecht are on top of the Belgian League with nine points after taking maximum points from three games.
