Amr Zaki says he is on the verge of sealing a winter move to Tunisia's Club Africain from Elazigspor. The Egypt international has been transfer-listed by request this week as Elazig said they are ready to offload him for a fee of €400,000. He claims to have agreed personal terms with Africain, even though an agreement has yet to be reached between both clubs. “I admire Tunisian football a lot and I think it is very similar to the game in Egypt, that's why I will be happy to join Africain," Zaki told renowned Tunisian radio station mosaiquefm. “I will travel Tunis on the fourth of January to talk with Africain officials, who showed great readiness to sign me." Should he complete the move, Zaki will be first Egyptian to ply his trade in Tunisia. The 29-year-old has been struggling to recover his form in recent years, having suffered numerous injuries during his spell with Zamalek.
