Egypt and Elazigspor striker Amr Zaki will be out of action for two weeks due to a back problem, an official from the Turkish club said. Elazig football director Vural Yilmaz told local media that Zaki will be out for 15 days after being injured in the recent defeat to Galatasaray. The Egypt striker was substituted after 56 minutes as his side lost marginally to the reigning Turkish champions. Zaki has been struggling with continuous injury problems over the past few years, which forced him to miss crucial games for club and country. The 29-year-old has yet to score his first goal for Elazig, who are languishing at the bottom of the Turkish Super Lig table.
