After their initial appeal against a stadium ban was rejected on Monday, Juventus are planning to launch a second appeal at the High Court of Sports Justice. Juve were ordered to play behind closed doors in their next home fixture against Lecce, after some club fans' racist chances against Inter Milan's Mario Balotelli. Despite issuing a public apology to the player, the Old Lady board is still convinced the ban should be overturned. "In relation to the decision of the Federal Courts of Justice pronounced on 28 April 2009, the club filed an urgent request in the High Court of Sport Justice to suspend the decision,” read a statement on the club's official website. "We see no reasons for Juventus to be convinced of the sentence imposed." Juventus are currently third in the Serie A table with 65 points, nine behind leaders Inter.
