Midfielder Ahmed Al-Merghani did not take part in his team's training session on Thursday, the club's official website confirmed. The website added that Al-Merghani was in a bad mental status, after the player had a spat with security officials during Zamalek's 1-1 with Arab Contractors. The youngster was suspended for the Contractors game, and the spat kicked-off when security personnel prevented his friends from watching the game alongside him in the stands. Midfielder Ahmed Abdul-Raouf and defender Hani Saied both missed Thursday's training after picking up injuries against Contractors. Zamalek chief medic Mostafa Al-Monayeri said that he opted to rest the pair until further tests are held to determine how bad their injuries are. The White Knights are currently seventh in the Egyptian Premier League table with 34 points.
