Ismaili full back Sayed Moawad has filed a complaint against his club to the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) regarding delayed contract dues. The Egypt international left-back claimed on Friday that, according to his contract, he should receive EGP 450,000 before the start of the new season. "I filed a complaint to the Players Affairs Committe in the EFA, because the deadline to recieve my dues is over," Moawad told FilGoal.com on Saturday. Moawad previously threatened that he will give the club 24 hours to fulfill their financial obligations; otherwise he will start taking action and may be forced to leave the club.
Fadl will follow in Moawad footsteps A source close to the player said that Moawad filed the complaint because he is afraid that current Ismaili chairman Yehia Al-Koumi could depart the club and leave him in a crisis situation. The 28-year-old admitted that Cairo giants Zamalek are interested in acquiring his services, but their efforts are being hampered by Al-Koumi's demands. Moawad revealed an EGP 3.5million offer from Zamalek, but he was irritated by Al-Koumi's eight million asking price. Moreover, Ismaili midfielder Mohamed Hommos and striker Mohamed Fadl have also threatened to leave the club if they don't receive their dues. "I will file a complaint on Sunday like Moawad did," Ismaili top scorer Fadl told FilGoal.com
