Egyptian manager Mohsen Saleh has been relieved of his duties as head coach of the Libyan national team, the Libyan Football Federation (LFF) said. Saleh's contract was terminated by mutual consent between him and the LFF, the Libyan news agency reported. The LFF thanked Saleh for his work during the last period in an official statement and will hold a press conference in Tripoli later on Thursday. The Libyans lost their 2008 African Cup of Nations opening qualifier against Ethiopia before being held to a goalless home draw by DR Congo.
