Algerian Foreign Minister, Ramtane Lamamra told CBC Extra channel Saturday that the success of the 26th Arab Summit held in Sharm Al-Sheikh reflects Egypt's leading role in the region. Lamamra pointed out that the summit's session was meant to be an ordinary one but it ended as an extraordinary one due to the challenges that the Arab world faces and addressed at the summit. He added that the Libyan crisis will be resolved through dialogue, stressing that the peaceful solution is acceptable from all political sides. The Minister denied that Algeria objected the establishment of a unified Arab force, confirming that his country asked for amendments to the draft resolution, which was approved by the rest of the Arab countries.
