The judicial committee that investigates in foreign aids case revealed a prominent official in Egypt's Ministry of Social Solidarity who issued licenses allowing illegal NGOs to receive funds, despite the refusal of the State Security Authority. Investigations revealed the State Security Authority monitored the money returned from foreign banks to accounts of organizations in Egyptian banks, adding the State Security refused to allow the money enter Egypt. The investigations said 50 NGOs received financial aid from foreign countries without licenses, adding such aids aim at spreading chaos in Egypt. The committee also heard 11 officials of these organizations and briefed them on reports about financial aids, which they obtained from other countries before and after the Egyptian January 25 Revolution to destabilize Egypt. Officials offered papers and documents proving spending charity money in addition to documents proving the acceptance of Egypt's Ministry of Social Solidarity to allow money to enter Egypt.
