Egypt's Shikabala produced an eye-catching performance in his full debut with new club Al-Wasl, who were held to a 2-2 draw by Oman's Al-Shabab. Shikabala – on loan from Zamalek – created his side's goals with two trade-mark crosses in the second half. He set up new recruit Faisal Khalil who incredibly scored the first goal before proving Chilean forward Edison with the second minutes later. Shika almost scored himself in the first half but his placed shot was saved by the keeper. Al-Wasl continue preparing for the new season, which kicks off next month.
