Ahli could be holding a special training camp outside Egypt to help first-team players recover from the psychological drop that followed the Port-Said disaster. The Reds gathered on Friday for the first time since the tragic incident that marred their last league game with Masri, taking the lives of more than 70 supporters at Port-Said Stadium. “We are considering going for a 10-day camp in Qatar or the UAE to help the players recover and get through the crisis,” Ahli football director Sayed Abdul-Hafiz told FilGoal.com. Ahli's next competitive fixture takes place in March 23/24/25 in the Champions League round of 32. The six-time African champions will take on the winner of this weekend's tie between Coin Nord of Comoros and Ethiopian Coffee.
