Unsettled Ismaili midfielder Abdullah Al-Saied left the team's friendly game with Koroum on Friday after being insulted by the Dervishes fans. Al-Saied's recent transfer request is believed to be the reason why he has incurred the wrath of the usually-impatient Ismaili fans. Despite attempts from manager Hossam Hassan to keep him on the pitch, the free-kick specialist insisted on leaving after taking off his Ismaili shirt in frustration. FilGoal.com has learnt that the 27-year-old could be hit by an indefinite ban for his behavior. Al-Saied's deal with Ismaili runs until the summer of 2012 as he has been a potential target for Ahli and Zamalek, along with unsettled captain Hosni Abd-Rabou.
