Egypt and Ismaili goalie Essam Al-Hadari says he will go to a Swiss civil court in order to annul the sanction he was handed on Tuesday. The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) suspended the 37-year-old for four months starting next season and fined him $ 796,500 for breaching his contract with Ahli in February 2008 to join Swiss club Sion. Al-Hadari was initially handed by FIFA a four-month ban and a 900,000 euro fine but the sanction was frozen upon his appeal. But CAS announced on its official site that the 37-year-old's punishment has been upheld yet his fine was slightly reduced. Although the verdict is final, Al-Hadari said on his personal site that he can appeal against the CAS decision by 'taking the case to a civil court'. "I am not worried about the punishment and I only concentrate on the Egyptian Cup," he said. "I will maintain composure and won't let this affect my career." Al-Hadari will be able to feature for Ismaili till the end of the Egyptian Cup. The Dervishes are facing Harras Hodoud on Thursday in the semi finals.
