Zamalek claim there are no talks with Mansoura over the transfer of goalkeeper Mahmoud Aboul-Saoud, whereas the relegated side insist there is an official enquiry. Two days after declaring interest in the highly-rated goalkeeper, Zamalek issued a statement on Thursday denying the talks. "The Zamalek board confirm that the club entered no negotiations with Mansoura over the services of Mahmoud Aboul-Saoud," a statement on the club's site read. Mansoura were quick to reply to Zamalek's claims as they revealed that talks are at an advanced stage. "The interest from Zamalek in Aboul-Saoud is official," Mansoura chairman Ibrahim Megahed told FilGoal.com on Thursday. "Zamalek sent us an enquiry this week, and a detailed offer is expected to arrive on Friday." It is believed that Mansoura have set a EGP 15-million asking price for their indispensable keeper, who was part of Egypt's CAN 2010 squad.
