Ismaili star Abdullah Al-Saied has been allowed to leave hospital after being watched for 24 hours, following a severe drop in blood pressure. The skilful midfielder was substituted after 25 minutes of Monday's league draw with Zamalek due to a foot injury, but he felt unstable after the match for another reason. "Al-Saied was taken to hospital after suffering a severe drop in blood pressure," Ismaili doctor Magdi Al-Baz told FilGoal.com. "He has been under surveillance for 24 hours but he is now clear to leave after being examined." Al-Saied will undergo further scans on his foot problem but he remains a major doubt for the weekend clash with Gaish.
