Gouna forward Gamal Hamza revealed he will be joining Ahli on a free transfer at the end of the season. "I spoke with Ahli officials and we reached an agreement over a contract in the summer," the former Zamalek striker told Modern Sport TV. "I only have a six-month contract with Gouna, so I'll join Ahli on a free." Hamza returned to the Egyptian league in the winter break after a torrid spell with Mainz, which saw him rescind his contract by mutual consent in October 2009. Prior to his Gouna move, the 28-year-old had announced he would like to re-join Zamalek, but the Cairo club hardly responded to his come-and-get-me plea.
