Gaish striker Salah Amin could be fit earlier than expected after he damaged knee ligaments. Amin, the league's current top scorer, saw his Egypt debut against Mauritius last for just two minutes before rupturing the anterior cruciate ligament. The 28-year-old was initially ruled out for six months, but Gaish coach Farouk Gaafar revealed that he could make a premature comeback. "The German specialist reviewing Amin's case suggested that his natural muscles around the knee cap are powerful and thus he could be back after just four months," Gaafar told FilGoal.com. Amin, who will undergo surgery in Germany on Thursday, is Gaish's second player to suffer a serious knee injury this season after defender Ahmed Abou-Mostafa.
