Harras Hodoud coach Tarek Al-Ashri is worried over 'referees' recurring mistakes' in the CAF Confederation Cup, ahead of his side's clash with Bayelsa United on Saturday. The Egyptian Cup holders will host the Nigerian outfit on Saturday, and they wish to make up for their 2-0 defeat to Stade Malien. After last month's loss, Al-Ashri referred that both goals should have been disallowed for offside, and now he wants 'more competent' referee to officiate the upcoming game. "We have suffered a lot from referees' recurring mistakes. I hope for no more misjudgments in our next match," he said. A Togolese referee will preside over Hodoud's match with Bayelsa. Satisfying Result
Hodoud Hodoud, who lie third in Group B with four points, have to win their upcoming match in order to revive their Confederation Cup qualification hopes. "Only a victory would be a satisfying result against Bayelsa," Al-Ashri added. "We will have to do without two key figures in Ahmed Eid and Islam Al-Shater, but we're still aiming to win." Other regulars remain doubtful for the game, as Mohamed Al-Herda, Mohamed Halim, Abdul-Salam Nagah and Hani Saied are yet to be declared fit. Young boss Al-Ashri should name his squad for the match in the immediate future. Hodoud are trailing leaders Stade Malien by four points, and second-placed Primeiro de Agosto by three.
