Ismaili defender Sherif Abdul-Fadil wants to end his spell with the Dervishes in the close season and start a new adventure with Zamalek, his brother and agent Nabil Abdul-Fadil revealed. Zamalek have already approached the international center-half, but Ismaili are yet to decide on his future. "Sherif will officially request to move to Zamalek this summer," his agent told Al-Hayat TV. "My brother deeply respects Ismaili and their fans, but he's willing to play for Zamalek. "Ahli have also made an offer for Sherif, and Ismaili are going to decide whether to accept either bid or to keep hold of him. "Their final decision will be made within a couple of days." Last month, Ismaili chairman Nasr Aboul-Hassan stated that Ahli's overtures to Abdul-Fadil were turned down because the coastal club 'need him among their ranks next season'. The 26-year-old had previously threatened to leave the club if he wasn't offered an improved contract. Abdul-Fadil's current contract includes a €650,000 release clause, but in all cases his departure is contingent upon Ismaili's approval.
