Egypt goalkeeper Essam Al-Hadari conceded five goals as Sion suffered a humiliating defeat at the hands of Young Boys in the Swiss League on Sunday. A hat-trick from striker Marco Schneuwly in addition to goals from skipper Thomas Haberli and midfielder David Degen gave the hosts an impressive 5-0 win. Sion played around 30 minutes with ten men on the field as French midfielder Julien Brellier was dismissed two minutes past the hour mark. Al-Hadari's team slipped to the sixth spot in the league table with 12 points. Recent rumors suggested that the 35-year-old guardian contemplated a return to Cairo giants Ahli, the club he left to join Sion last February. But the Red Devils are highly unlikely to welcome Al-Hadari back as the veteran goalie departed without taking their consent. Ahli are seeking compensation for that abrupt departure.
