FC Sion goalkeeper Germano Vailati feels betrayed by the club's decision to sign Egypt and Ahli guardian Essam Al-Hadari. Vailati told Swiss paper Le Matin that Sion chairman has cut off his adventure with the club after signing the veteran goalie. Al-Hadari has apparently invoked a FIFA ruling to join Swiss side Sion against the will of Ahli, who said they will discuss the matter in the next few hours. Vailati is angry that one error he committed recently brought an end to his Sion career. "After that error, everybody turned against me. My impression is that soon I will be blamed for Sion's inability to score." "I'm still a good keeper but I'm enduring a difficult phase. In these times I need encouragement. Unfortunately, the knives are being aimed at my back," he added.
