Werder Bremen are reportedly ready to offer general manager Klaus Allofs a contract extension especially after being linked with Bayern Munich. According to Bild, the Bremen bosses offered Allofs, who's contract expires in 2009, a new deal that will earn him 1.2m euro per year. The Werder Bremen general manager has already revealed that he in talks with Bayern Munich to succeed to Uli Hoeness who is set to become the club's director. Allofs has been in charge of Bremen since 1999.
