AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti is not concerned with rumors indicating that Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho has been offered his job. "Talk from outside doesn't give me any added pressure," the Italian tactician was quoted as saying by Calcio Italia on Wednesday. Following Milan's poor results in the Serie this season, reports said the Rossoneri are lining up a replacement for Ancelotti. Former Chelsea boss Mourinho is mooted as possible candidate after ruling himself out of England's managerial contenders. "I read an article in a newspaper about Mourinho and how Milan have offered him my job," Ancelotti said. "They may have done, but I haven't been told by the club that there has been a formal offer. If Mourinho does want the job then it just gives me extra motivation." Milan have slipped out of the Serie A race as they lie in tenth spot with 18 points, 19 adrift of leaders and arch-rivals Inter.
