Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard gave England coach Steve McClaren a big boost by declaring himself ready for international duty just days before his country will take on Estonia and Russia, next week, in the Euro 2008 qualifiers. "I was very pleased to get 90 minutes. My main fear was the injury, which I came through very well and my fitness levels. "I completed 90 minutes, I was tired at the end. It was very pleasing for me to do that," the 28-year-old player told Skysports.com. Lampard has been ruled out for six weeks with a thigh injury. He made his return against Bolton on Sunday and played the whole game. "Now I can have a nice day off on Monday, get more fitness during the week and be ready for England." England will host Estonia on Sunday before making the trip to face Russia four days later. Steve McClaren's men are second of the group E with 20 points, three behind leaders Croatia.
