Cesc Fabregas scored once and dished out two assists as Arsenal crushed Sevilla 3-0 in their Group H opener in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday. The Londoners top the group with three points, leading Slavia Prague on goal difference after the latter beat Steaua Bucharest 2-1 on the same day. Fabregas broke the deadlock against his fellow Spaniards in the 27th minute with a wicked shot that took deflection off a defender and went home past Andres Palop. Robin van Persie doubled the advantage when he connected with a neat Fabregas cross to hammer into the roof of the net in the 59th minute. Arsenal put the icing on the cake in the injury time as substitute Eduardo da Silva easily tapped in after being set up by Fabregas' first-time pass. In the other group tie, Stanislav Vlcek and Tuani Belaid scored for Slavia while Dorin Goian notched Steaua's goal.
