Zamalek's financial dispute with Brazilian coach Carlos Cabral has been resolved, the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) announced on Thursday. World football's governing body, FIFA, sent the EFA a fax confirming that Zamalek club has held its end of the agreement, the Egyptian FA said on their official website. FIFA had ruled that Zamalek pay the Brazilian manager $148,000 in compensation after terminating his contract in 2004. FIFA said that Zamalek settled the coach's matter and that the case was closed and thanked the EFA for their cooperation.
