Zamalek defender Ibrahim Saied is set for a move to Turkish outfit Konyaspor, the Egyptian club said on Tuesday. "We sent Konyaspor an official fax informing them that Saied is available for a fee of $400,000," Zamalek general manager Alaa Meklid told FilGoal.com exclusively. Saied's relationship with his club has gone downhill since the African Cup of Nations earlier this year which forced the club administration to put him on its transfer list. Meklid also denied allegations that Zamalek is prepared to enter in a player-exchange deal with Port Saied side Al-Masri, not that a deal of that sort was "out of the question". Reports have claimed that Zamalek is prepared to exchange duo Adel Fathi and Ahmed Hossam for the services of Masri defender Amr Al-Safti. Meklid did, however, state that negotiations between the two clubs have reached advanced stages and that Al-Safti may very well join Zamalek in the off-season. The Zamalek official said the club was also closing on Congolese defender Felix Muamba Musasa who plays for South African club Orlando Pirates. Musasa is scheduled to arrive in Cairo on Wednesday to complete the move.
