CAIRO (Updated 4) - Egypt's Cabinet holds a crisis meeting to discuss repercussions of clashes outside state run TV building, which left at least 23 deaths. A ministerial meeting is being held in the cabinet headquarter to tackle the clashes taking place in Maspero area. Ministers of Health, Interior, Information as well as Premier Essam Sharaf are in the open-ended meeting. "What is taking place in Egypt is not a sectarian strife but a plan to divide the country," Prime Minister Essam Sharaf said ahead of the cabinet meeting. According to Egypt's Minister of Health, the incidents left 23 killed and more than 193 injured. Eyewitnesses said that they saw some outlaws and thugs clashed with the army and police.
