CAIRO - Egypt's Manpower and Immigration Minister Ahmed el-Borai called on Monday for forming an 'Arab system' to promote human development and achieve economic integration, the official Middle East News Agency reports. The aim is to reduce unemployment by allowing Arab workers to work in Arab countries other than their own, without any restrictions and without having to have a work permit. "Human development in the West has led to development and posterity," el-Borai said at the 38th Arab Labour Conference, held in Cairo on Monday. “Western countries also have a minimum salary for everyone, without any racial discrimination,” he added.
