CAIRO - Turkey has said that it arrested six Egyptian fishermen and technicians, who were accused of entering the European country's territorial waters illegally during a fishing trip on Tuesday, official sources said. The six men, who are being held by the Turkish police, were to be visited by the Egyptian Ambassador to Ankara, they added. The men would be charged for allegedly entering Turkish territorial waters illegally. The fishermen were arrested and their ship, Hajj Abass, was seized by the coast guards while fishing off Turkey. They told the authorities that they strayed into the Turkish waters accidentally.
