During the conference, the Minister of Youth and Sports announced the formation of a higher committee that includes representatives from the Ministries of Health and Sports and other partner agencies, to discuss the latest treatment protocols that contribute to reducing the incidence of sudden heart attacks in athletes, headed by Hazem Khamis, Professor of Cardiology at the National Heart Institute and Chairman of the Doping Committee of the Egyptian Football Association.
