New Plan Developments has announced its participation in the Nextmove exhibition, which will take place from 27 to 29 May.
The company plans to display its current projects featuring special offers during the exhibition period.
Waleed Khalil, Chairperson of the Board of Directors at New Plan Developments, said that the company has a portfolio of diverse projects, which feature distinct stages.
He added that the company will offer distinguished units, in addition to special offers during the exhibition period. He also noted the importance of real estate exhibitions as a marketing mechanism for projects, as it is also an opportunity for direct communication with clients.
Khalil said out that the Nextmove exhibition is one of the more important real estate exhibitions held in Egypt annually, and includes a specific segment of distinguished real estate companies working in the Egyptian market.
He also said that the exhibition attracts a specific segment of customers that New Plan Developments targets.
He added that the timing of the exhibition is important due to its being at the beginning of the summer season, which is one of the top seasons for real estate sales.
Khalil explained that the company is implementing a variety of projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), one of which is Atika which is being built on an area of 36 feddans and includes 1,500 units.
Atika is being implemented over four phases, and it is expected to be completed in 2023. Excavation work has already started, and the second phase has been launched.
The project is being implemented in cooperation with Lamborghini, as part of the company's endeavour to cooperate with distinguished international brands.
The company is also implementing the project entitled Eleven, which is an administrative commercial project in the financial and business district within the NAC. The project spans over an area of 7,000 sqm, and includes a commercial mall on the first two floors and seven further storeys designated as fully finished administrative offices. The delivery of units to clients is set to begin within three years at most.
"We are also implementing the Serrano in the NAC's seventh residential neighbourhood (R7), which is built on an area of approximately 15 feddans and includes about 600 units, in addition to a commercial part of the project," Khalil explained.
Moreover, New Plan Developments is also undertaking the ÉCLAT project, in partnership with Port Said Governorate. The 250 unit housing project is residential, and is located on an area of 40,000 sqm.
Khalil stressed that Egypt's real estate market is characterised by a real and strong demand, with work carrying on regardless of the wider challenges. The Egyptian state is also undertaking continuous efforts to support this promising sector that contributes at least 17% to the country's gross domestic product (GDP).
