Published in Daily News Egypt on 17 - 02 - 2020

The first ever specialised exhibition for real estate development companies with projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) -dubbed as the "Capital of Hope"- will kick off 20 February under the auspices of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD). The exhibition will be in the presence of the ACUD's chairperson and managing director, Ahmed Zaki Abdeen.
The Al Ahrma Foundation has been organising the event and will last for three days. The event will be hosting a number of development companies including those that have projects in the NAC, namely, Castle Development, Orientals For Urban Development – OUD, La Verde Developments, The Land Developer, Al Attal Holding, Marseilia Group, Akam Developments, Progate, and Karma Construction.
There are many people and companies that have been waiting for this first exhibition, and real estate experts have confirmed that a large segment of those are ones looking to buy distinct property in the NAC.
They noted that the exhibition will ease the selection of their units among different projects in one place, the exhibiting companies will provide them with attractive price offers and real privileges in payment methods that represent an investment value to buyers.
Exhibitors stressed that the exhibition, with its collection of the most prominent projects in the new capital, is a powerful indicator for measuring the NAC's growth and market trends. The NAC itself is planned to be one of the most important cities in the world, making this conference and exhibition the most prominent real estate event in Egypt as of yet.
