At least two people have been killed and over 20 injured in bomb attacks Boston that followed the city's marathon on Monday afternoon. A third bomb exploded at the John F. Kennedy Library in the city. It is still unclear what types of explosives were used, but a local sports store nearby had its windows blown out as a result. According to eyewitnesses, at dozens of individuals have been injured in the violence. About three hours after the winners crossed the line, there was a loud explosion on the north side of Boylston Street, just before the photo bridge that marks the finish line. A police officer on the scene told Bikyanews.com “there are dozens of people injured and we are still trying to make sure everyone is accounted for and safe." Panic ensued after the initial blast, which was followed shortly after by another blast.
