Istanbul (dpa) – An explosion outside the Istanbul headquarters of Turkey's main Islamist business association, MUSIAD, injured five policemen Thursday. Turkey's state TV news channel TRT Haber reported the explosion which occurred at around 8am (0700) injured five officers stationed in a police minibus outside the MUSIAD building. The victims were taken to hospital TRT reported, but gave no details of their injuries. TRT showed footage of a badly burned vehicle close to the MUSIAD building and reported that the explosion was suspected to have been caused by a bomb attached to a motor cycle.
