The threat of an explosion at the Los Angeles Airport in California, the United States, turned out to be "unfounded", the airport police said on Twitter Sunday. "All areas repopulated. No threats located. Expect delays. Threat unfounded," the police statement said. Police on Saturday temporarily evacuated multiple terminals of the Los Angeles International Airport following a bomb threat in a call to the US Federal Bureau of Investigation. A bomb squad reportedly responded and a perimeter was set up following the threat.
