An Egyptian ex-cop was arrested at the Cairo Airport Monday night for trying to smuggle a number electroshock weapons and surveillance equipment upon his arrival from Kuwait. Customs officers had suspicions as he was checking in. After searching him, they found 44 electroshock weapons, four watches with built-in cameras, 20 sophisticated surveillance cameras, 18 covert listening devices and three GPS units, all in one bag. The former cop was taken into custody pending an investigation and his luggage was confiscated.
