Int'l prosecutor: Gaddafi son will be arrested International Criminal Court prosecutor says it is a matter of time before Gaddafi son Saif al-Islam is arrested, tried at the Hague
The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court says he is confident Saif al-Islam Gaddafi will face justice in the Hague, but does not know where the fugitive son of Libya's former leader is hiding. Luis Moreno-Ocampo says his investigators are "following information about the probable whereabouts" of Saif and former Libyan intelligence chief Abdullah al-Senoussi "and we are encouraging efforts to arrest them." The two were indicted by the International Criminal Court in June for unleashing a campaign of murder and torture to suppress the uprising against the Gaddafi regime that broke out in February. Moreno-Ocampo said Wednesday "it is a matter of time" before Saif al-Islam is arrested and brought to justice.
