CAIRO: A truck carrying electoral papers for the second round of parliamentary elections has turned over on the Cremat road, where ballots scatter all over the road.
Eye witnesses said the accident happened at 5:30pm, where the truck collided with a car due to bad illumination on the road heading to the south Helwan gate, near the Wedi area.
Police and armed forces guarding the papers, began collecting the ballots with the assistance of residents and reported to the units they belonged to.
