The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) put on behalf of the Ministry of Finance, bills with a total value estimated at EGP9.5 billion, Youm7 News reported Thursday. The value of the first IPO treasury bills for 182 days is EGP4.5 billion, while the second IPO is worth EGP5 billion for 357 days. Egypt's budget balance deficit is expected to reach 240 billion Egyptian pounds at the end of the fiscal year.
