Roughly 300 polling stations have not yet received ballots for today's elections, creating a major delay in voting. Committee chairmen blamed the government for poor organization of the electoral process. Omar Gamal, head of one of the electoral committees, told Youm7 that they have not received the ballots. He added that the matter reflects poor performance of the government in dealing with current important event. Gamal expressed the resentment of the long queues of would-be voters, saying that this issue threatens the integrity of the electoral process.
