Military police arrested dozens of protestors in Cairo Sunday night, after they barraged police with rocks and Molotov cocktails, with some accounts reporting gunfire. Calm has returned to the area around Maspero as the clashes moved elsewhere. Prime minister Essam Sharaf will chair an emergency meeting of the Cabinet's National Justice Committee Monday. The meeting will be attended by representatives of the Coptic Church, al-Azhar, the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, and government ministers. The meeting will discuss the clashes, and is expected to issue a ministerial decree to license all unregistered churches in Egypt. In related news, protestors outside the Coptic Hospital set a police car alight. Arabic here
