PORT SAID, Egypt: Egyptian Minister of Aviation Lutfi Kamal and Minister of International Cooperation Fayza Aboul Naga were welcomed with banners saying; "Remnants prevail, the January 25 Revolution still didn't arrive at Port Said," during the opening for Port Said Airport after it was renovated. Representatives of the Revolution Youth Coalition protested during the opening and held their banners high. The coalition protested against the existence of remnants of the former regime in the governorate's board of trustees. On the other hand, Lutfi said the airport will realize a complete developmental renaissance, especially in the sectors of tourism, trade and industry. In the same context, the governor of Port Said Ahmed Abdallah said the airport will receive pilgrims from five different Egyptian governorates to reduce the burdens of Cairo Airport. Minister of Cooperation Fayza Aboul Naga said the governorate of Port Said could be the Egypt's development trailer, in case the public plan was executed there.
