Three ministries and representatives of chambers of commerce will oversee government policies affecting Muslim Pilgrims according to the chairman of a Chamber of commerce. Nasser Turky, vice-chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and the chairman of the Religious Tourism Chamber, said the ministries of tourism, civil aviation, and foreign affairs will oversee pilgrimage policies alongside the board of directors of chambers of commerce. Turky said that the chamber received positive reactions from Minister of Tourism Mounir Fakhry, regarding the plans the chamber presented to avoid problems recently experienced by pilgrims. "The chamber still receives complaints from pilgrims' who suffered from the poor service of Saudi Airlines who lost their luggage in Cairo airport,” said Turky.
