The former Prime Minister, Ahmed Nazif, is accused of exploiting his career and his political influence for personal financial gain and is demanded for custody by The Illicit Gains Authority, headed by Assistant Minister of Justice, Chancellor Asem el-Gohary. Nazif was taken to the Ministry of Justice from Torah prison where he is imprisoned and questioned by the Chancellor Khalid Selim, who is responsible for the authorities' investigations. Nazif will be presented with new evidence from the Public funds investigation regarding financial dealings use of his political influence and properties.
