Ahli have been considered 2-0 winners over Ghazl Mahalla following the saga that marred Saturday's league game, the Egyptian FA said on its website. The week 11 game was called off after the home fans at Mahalla Stadium invaded the pitch in protest over Ahli's equalizer when the score was 2-1 for the hosts. An own goal by Mahalla defender Amr Ramadan caused the problem as the ball came through the net in what appeared to be a normal clearance at first, with television replays confirming the it was inside. Meanwhile, Mahalla were ordered to play their next three home games out of the city as a result of the recurring incident. Mahalla midfielder Ahmed Magdi has been hit by a two-match ban for an ‘unsporting behavior', having led his team's protests against the referee.
