Nigerian striker Minusu Bouba scored in the fourth minute of injury time to hand Police Union a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Gouna in the Egyptian Premier League on Monday. Bouba's fifth goal of the campaign helped Talaat Youssef's side jump to eighth place with 15 points, while Gouna drop to 14th on 11. Gouna's misery was piled up after the game when they learnt that their 1-0 win over Ghazl Mahalla last week was overturned in favor of the latter due to a managerial error. Elsewhere, Arab Contractors grabbed a 1-0 win at Asyut Petroleum, courtesy of a second-half penalty from Alaa Kamal. Contractors move to seventh on 15 points as the winless Asyut remain rock bottom with five points from 12 games in the league.
