AC Milan new boy Klaas-Jan Huntelaar will have to sit out the Serie A opener at Siena on Saturday as he has an old ban to serve, the Italian FA said. The Holland striker, who signed from Real Madrid this summer, was sent off in a 2-1 defeat at Osasuna in the final day of La Liga last season. According to FIFA, Huntelaar is not allowed to play before serving the ban and thus he won't be eligible for the Rossoneri opener. The 25-year-old was strongly tipped to partner Alexandre Pato as Milan kickoff their league season, but now Marco Borriello or Filippo Inzaghi could get the nod.
