Abdullah rejects Masri approach
Published in FilGoal on 20 - 06 - 2009

Zamalek midfielder Mohamed Abdullah turned down overtures from Masri, who offered to sign him starting next season.
The Cairo club's board convened on Thursday to discuss the summer offers they received, including Masri's bid for Abdullah.
The 28-year-old made it loud and clear that he wouldn't accept any local offers except from Ahli.
"With all due respect, the only two clubs I might play for in Egypt are Ahli and Zamalek," he told FilGoal.com.
"I really admire Masri and their fans, but I can't accept their offer.
"After playing for the strongest teams in Egypt (Ahli and Zamalek), it's hard to move to any other club in the Egyptian Premier League.
"I still have two more seasons on my contract with Zamalek."
Pacey playmaker Abdullah assured that several foreign clubs are interested in his services this summer.
"If Zamalek want me to leave, I will accept one of the offers I have received from abroad," he added.
Last December, Abdullah revealed that his former club Konyaspor and two anonymous Emirati outfits were seeking to sign him in the winter.
