Werder Bremen playmaker Diego is unsure whether his Juventus move will go through in the off-season, whereas his father believes the deal is about to be wrapped up. The Old Lady started negotiations with the German club on Wednesday to land the Brazilian midfielder in the summer transfer window. From his side, Diego, who helped Bremen seal a 3-2 win over Hamburg and reach the UEFA Cup final on Thursday, assured he was not informed of the latest about the ongoing talks. "I don't know what the current situation is regarding my future," he stated. "At the moment I am 200 per cent concentrated on Werder Bremen. "Our sporting director Klaus Allofs and our president will do their jobs and decide what is the best solution for myself and the club." However, his father Djair da Cunha seemed to be convinced the 24-year-old is on the brink of joining Juventus, saying the deal is now in the officials' hands. Done "It's done," he told Corriere dello Sport. "Between Diego and Juve it is done 100 per cent. Now we are just waiting on Werder and Juve. "When will it be confirmed? That is not up to me to say. Let's wait for an official announcement from Werder. "Everything between Diego and Juve is sorted, so let's finish the season in Germany as positively as possible. "Diego is happy to be heading to Italy. Juve were always his first choice, that must be made clear." When asked about recent reports claiming Bayern Munich and Inter Milan are among Deigo's suitors, Da Cunha said: "Bayern Munich? No one spoke with me and if they wanted Diego they had to talk to me. "He only wanted to go to Italy. Inter were not in contact either, he only wanted Juve." Diego has been a revelation at Bremen since joining from Portuguese giants Porto in 2006. He attracted a host of European outfits over the past two years.
